  • Onaa B. Delivers Visuals For "Make A Movie"

Florida rapper Onaa B. delivers visuals for "Make A Movie". When it comes to truly not caring about offending others and especially not catering to anyone’s feelings, in particular, Onaa B. can take the crown and run with it. She speaks what’s on her mind whether it’s topics about making movies or other typically controversial issues, and she have no apologies once her opinion hit her audience. This sort of grittiness and unapologetic behavior has partially led her to her place onto NOLAZINE, but her lyricism and ways of delivering these topics have got to be the other factors that add to her notoriety. She never shy away from confrontation and, in fact, she go out of her way to let it be known, so you know a female music artist as daring as her has something important to say, whether you agree or not. Throughout the entire song, Onaa B paints a few beyond vivid pictures about some of the most discussed and debated topics in the music industry today, going into detail about hypothetical situations that would unfold if it were up to her. Onaa B don’t seem to get the respect she deserves in the industry from our perspective. Maybe this is due to her controversial nature or aggressive demeanor, but her flow is insane, her wordplay is pretty much unmatched by anyone else, and her attitude is off the charts. So we definitely have high expectations as we're sure all her other fans do as well. Be sure to watch into "Make A Movie", and follow Onna B on instagram

  • Lah Bxa - My Own

Emerging as a leading name out of his state, rising talent Lah Bxa is here to make a loud entrance onto NOLAZINE with the anthemic offering, "My Own". Just over three minutes and forty minutes in length, "My Own" sets forth a demanding note of energy, with Lah Bxa charisma leading the way amongst such menacing, high-octane production. There’s a hint of the Southern Culture in the way that the drums hit, but looking further into this one, it’s clear that the melodic flare sets Lah Bxa aside from his peers, especially when considering the way he balances this sound with the rhythm of the song. • PC5ive + Nell Savage - Paper

Morgan City, Louisiana music artist PC5ive releases visuals for "Paper" featuring Nell Savage. "Glock Party" is the name of this brand-new hit and after giving it our initial listen, we knew our premonitions were correct. Although they sound so different, it’s the change of pace about halfway through that really makes this song truly dynamic and impressive. The production is built through blithe keys mixed with relaxed, lighthearted synths, refreshing percussion, and some impactful yet toned down drums. This beat paves the way for PC5ive's voice to shine from the moment of its inception until the very last second of the record. We just became big fans of PC5ive today after listening to his new single, and we know he will become a fan of NOLAZINE after this article as well. His unique ability to switch up styles and come off in different ways depending on the type of song he’s creating. We came across a new song he had with Nell Savage and we had to check it out. This pairing was bond to happen, but we knew the immense amounts of talents both artists have, so we was confident that they’d know how to not only make this track work but make it shine as well.
