Distinct deliveries and consistent collabs between artists in the area are just a couple of things that have really stuck with us, and the loyal following and support that the area gives its artists are rare and refreshing. We have already had a few talented artists make their initial appearance on our website today, and the latest NOLAZINE debut is coming from a Music Artist that goes by Messiyah who just released a dope new music video titled "Goated". Although we really didn't know to much about Messiyah before this song but it didn’t take us more than a few seconds into the song to realize that Messiyah had some serious talent, he has an rap flow and clearly has mastered the ability on how to craft a pleasing record together. This song has some great transitions in between each hook, it flowed together seamlessly and it made for a great all-around music video, it’s a must-listen in our book. Conway, Arkansas artist Phaeva Phawty is known for being one of the most authentic artists out of “The Natural State”. His diverse sound is a representation of the culture in which he comes from - Black people who come from low socioeconomic backgrounds & are defying the odds. After his song “Next Thang You Know” ft. Mo3 picked up steam ; he is back with another hit that is still making rounds on social media, “Dreams” ft. Don Trip & Mel Lamar. In 2020, Phawty collaborated with the late Dallas rapper, Mo3 on the single, “Next Thang You Know”, which reached over 65k YouTube views within six months. The song reached music and entertainment platforms like Say Cheese TV, Spade TV, and youtuber Charlie Bo, who are also to credit for the widespread support of the single. Now that Phawty has become a familiar face in the music industry, his fanbase continues to grow. Now, Phaeva has dropped “Dreams” ft. legendary Tennessee artist Don Trip. Dreams is a soulful song that resonates with anybody from the trenches. Phawty & Trip speak on multiple topics such as fake friends, struggles & persevering.
