When it comes to truly not caring about offending others and especially not catering to anyone’s feelings, in particular, Demm can take the crown and run with it. She speaks what’s on her mind whether it’s topics about Opps or other typically controversial issues, and she have no apologies once her opinion hit her audience. This sort of grittiness and unapologetic behavior has partially led her to her place onto NOLAZINE, but her lyricism and ways of delivering these topics have got to be the other factors that add to her notoriety. She never shy away from confrontation and, in fact, she go out of her way to let it be known, so you know a female music artist as daring as her has something important to say, whether you agree or not. Throughout the entire song, Demm paints a few beyond vivid pictures about some of the most discussed and debated topics in the music industry today, going into detail about hypothetical situations that would unfold if it were up to her. Demm don’t seem to get the respect she deserves in the industry from our perspective. Maybe this is due to her controversial nature or aggressive demeanor, but her flow is insane, her wordplay is pretty much unmatched by anyone else, and her attitude is off the charts. #Tykee #Nolazine New Orleans, Louisiana Music Artist Tykee drops visuals for "Mode" directed by Ayytyran. New Orleans is returning and almost becoming almost like an even more southern Atlanta in terms of its music scene more artists are supporting one another and music blogs are growing. What we mean by this is the fact that we're constantly discovering new artists blooming out of the Rap scene in New Orleans, and in recent months or even years, we feel as if a day can’t go by without us hearing a new name or song from an artist that we need to get in tune with. Most recently, we was put onto New Orleans artist Tykee. There’s clearly room for Tykee to grow as an artist after listening to his song “Mode”, but his talents are already overly abundant and his potential is probably higher than most up and coming artists you could name off the top of your head. His voice is diverse when compared to his other New Orleanian counterparts with the fact that it is slightly melodious and more tuneful than most of the other artists from the city, but it has almost this Drill quality that sets him apart from his fellow New Orleans, LA peers. Although the beat is blazing hot produced by @KCDaProducer, Tykee constantly rotating bars keep the track fresh throughout and show off the variety of skills he has up his sleeve, and it’s hard to believe that his artistry stops there. Emerging as a leading name out of his city, rising talent Jayy Fetti is here to make a loud entrance onto NOLAZINE with the anthemic offering, “Live From The Trenches". Just over three minutes and nine seconds in length, “Live From The Trenches" sets forth a demanding note of energy, with Jayy Fetti charisma leading the way amongst such menacing, high-octane production. There’s a hint of the Southern Culture in the way that the drums hit, but looking further into this one, it’s clear that the melodic flare sets Jayy Fetti aside from his peers, especially when considering the way he balances this sound with the rhythm of the song.
