Richard Anthony Jones, better known by his stage names Fiend or International Jones, is a living legend in the realm of hip-hop. With a career spanning over three decades, Fiend has cemented his status as a rapper, producer, and influential figure in the music industry. From his early days with No Limit Records to his current endeavors with Jet Life under Warner Bros, Fiend's journey is a testament to perseverance, talent, and an unwavering passion for music.

Born on May 13, 1976, Fiend's musical odyssey began at a young age. Growing up in uptown New Orleans, he was immersed in the vibrant culture of the city, where music permeated every corner of life. Inspired by local artists like Mystikal and KLC, Fiend found his calling in hip-hop and set out to make his mark on the world.

At just 16 years old, Fiend made his debut in the music industry with a feature on a project, marking the beginning of a prolific career. His early years saw him navigating the ups and downs of the industry, from independent label Big Boy Records to the powerhouse that was No Limit Records. It was with Master P's No Limit that Fiend truly rose to prominence, appearing on iconic albums like "Ghetto D" and "Unlady Like."

In 1998, Fiend released his second album, "There's One in Every Family," which soared to the top of the charts and solidified his status as a hip-hop heavyweight. However, Fiend's journey was far from over. In the early 2000s, he ventured into independent territory, founding his own label, Fiend Entertainment. This marked a new chapter in his career, allowing him greater creative freedom and control over his music.

Over the years, Fiend has continued to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of hip-hop. From ghostwriting for fellow artists to producing music for some of the biggest names in the industry, Fiend's influence knows no bounds. He has weathered legal issues, label transitions, and the ebb and flow of trends, emerging stronger and more resilient with each challenge.

Today, Fiend stands as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring artists everywhere. His dedication to his craft, coupled with his authenticity and raw talent, has earned him a devoted fanbase and the respect of his peers. As he reflects on his journey spanning over 30 years, Fiend expresses gratitude for still being relevant and vows to continue making music that resonates with listeners.

From the streets of New Orleans to stages around the world, Fiend's legacy is etched into the annals of hip-hop history. As he looks towards the future, one thing is certain: the heart of a ghetto boy beats strong within Fiend, and his music will continue to uplift, inspire, and endure for years to come.
